Update HB 258 (Garage Lien Law)

Yesterday, Ed Osbourne & Greg Buckley were present for the House of Representatives committee vote on HB258 which was unanimously approved by all in attendance.  Rep. Bennett gave a very impressive description of the need for streamlining the current agonizing process between DMV and the courts to remove these unwanted vehicles from our premises.  Ed and Greg personally thanked Rep. Bennett and all of the dedicated legislators for their time and considerations. The next step for the HB 258 is a run through the House floor and then off to the Senate.
